Batalista's Passport, also known as the Ring of Fire Resistance in BG and BGII, is a ring which offers 40% protection against all kinds of fire damage from weapons, spell, arrows, potions and traps. This item appears in Baldur's Gate, Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition, Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn and Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition. In Baldur's Gate II, it is dropped by the ruhk transmuter on the first level of the Domain of the Dragon in the Windspear Hills. It can be used as a component to upgrade the Club of Detonation by Cespenar.
