The Southeast Texas Clinical Engineering Society (SETCES) serves Clinical/Biomedical Engineering professionals in the greater Houston and Galveston areas and all parts of Southeast Texas. Our purpose is to provide a forum to promote the personal and professional growth and development of our members, the advancement of our profession, and an environment of understanding and cooperation between our members.
