Reba Heyerdahl is a fictional character in the Hey Arnold! TV Series. Reba is Phoebe's mother; it is possible she is of Southern descent, Many speculate she is from Kentucky, because of her accent and was also where Phoebe was born (as told in "Phoebe Cheats"). It is possible her look, name, and country accent were inspired by country singer Reba McEntire.
