New Cannes, also known as Ostus Vious a, is terranian planet located in the Outskirts within the Orion Spur of the Milky Way Galaxy. It is similar to Earth albeit a higher average temperature. Near the poles of the planet, temperature and soil content allow for sufficient amounts of agriculture. To make up for the gap, local growth such as fruit-bearing bushes and sweet cactus-like plants are grown in farms where possible.
