The Hall of the Elders was the home of the Elders of Avarrocka during the early years of Avarrocka, and as such was the city's first centre of government. The Hall was built in approximately 700, when the nomadic tribe that would become the first Avarrockians settled permanently near the River Salve. It was destroyed in the Burning of Avarrocka in roughly 720 to 730, although it was presumably rebuilt to house the elders.
