The Dysisan Republic was founded in 2540, after the peaceful coup which replaced the Colonial government. It controls the Dysisa System, and is based on the Planet Dysisa. It has managed to remain out of the majority of the Human-Covenant War, at most facing a few scattered Pirates. As a result of its neutrality, as well as its willingness to trade with almost any other faction, it has gained a mixed reputation throughout the Galaxy.
