Rowan Schow was a magician that mysteriously disappeared in the year 1944, around the same time a horror film called The Deathless Image was released. It was revealed that his spirit now inhabits the film and that he feeds on human belief so that he and his minions can break free and wreak havoc. Schow lost when he and his minions were weakened by Sergio Fernandez saying that he didn't believe in them, and afterwards was defeated and trapped by the Ghostbusters.
