Jay Chapman of The Mystic Brewers of The Inebriati is a coldbrewer of the group. Originally an expresso brewer, he found a way to combine coffee and beer together. This somehow got him banned from Germany. Since then, he's been trying to find ways to put beer into any cup of coffee.
