Wind Sheer is a total showoff. He'd rather dazzle and annoy an opponent with fancy flying than enter a straight-up dogfight or strafing run. He's out for fun, and doesn't care if his showman tactics endanger his missions or his teammates. And if his flying doesn't irk you, his constant talking about how great he is will. The only reason he hasn't been slagged yet by his fellow Decepticons and Predacons is because he actually has the skills to back up most of his boasting.
