It can be acquired by talking to Valera in Kalm. Valera asks you to bring him three Wolf Fangs that drop randomly from wolves in the Guardia Forest and Downbelow regions. You can also fight wolves in the Battle Arena. Wolf Fangs are treasures so you must be careful not to sell them instead of giving them to Valera. Giving a total of 3 to Valera will end the quest and you are rewarded with 300 EXP and 200 Gold.
