Roy Gates was the adventurous son of a rich American manufacturer who, while traveling in India by plane, was caught in a snow storm. A group of natives saved Roy by bringing him into their underground city. The high priest of the subterranean city taught Gates how to become “master of the mist” which was to possess the power of super hypnosis. Roy decided to return home and use his new found skills and knowledge to combat evil and crime in America.
