The Razor Runners were a group of bandits commanded by Hal Razor found on the planet Mustafar during the Galactic Civil War. There were four distinct classes of Razor Runners: Troopers, Commandos, Shock Troopers, and Elite Troopers. They were known to be seen near the Northern Jedi Ruins at the Smoking Forest and would often shoot down passing vehicles for sport.
