Azarin was an Imperial Army general who served the Galactic Empire. Azarin was killed on the planet Lafra in an accident involving a CSPL-12 projectile launcher. Further investigation concluded that the weapon itself was not at fault, but that a soldier's negligence in properly cleaning and maintaining the weapon caused the launcher to jam and ignite the canister.
