The issue opens with Arkady Vronsky speeding down the interstate, arguing with someone on the phone after he gives his body guards the slip. As he's telling the person on the other end that it's time to have some fun, Vronsky is beheaded by Quincy Durant. His motorcycle crashes and explodes, and his head rolls along the interstate.
