Cedaro calls himself the Dungeon Master of one of the 7-3-9 dungeons. He appears as a humanoid wrapped in bandages, dressed in dense antique armor. He weilds a strange mace, along with numerous other magical items. He appears and disappears seemingly on a whim and knows his dungeon perfectly. He possesses magical power like that of a priest.
