This is a chemical invented by the Form Center in 2070, but was completed in 2073. It acts as a revive, but gives a temporary stat boost and restores PP. It is extremely valuable, even within the Form Center, because the recipe was changed by members of the Essence Project, and the original was lost. Incidentally, the version that the Essence Project created is now illegal, which adds to the original substance's value.
