Ernesh-Flishmo was a male Grazerite lawyer who, as of 2377 was chief counsel for Patrice Bennett and the Bennett Corporation. That year, following the alleged suicide of Bennett, Ernesh-Flishmo contacted Captain David Gold to break the news, and to inform him that he had been named executor of Bennett's estate. Shortly after, Ernesh-Flishmo was approached by Rod Portlyn (using the alias Benzev Kaz), offering a bribe to help him obtain some of Bennett's companies without approval of her executor, and the lawyer accepted this offer.
