Loyola Marymount University (LMU) is a private co-educational Roman Catholic university in the Jesuit and Marymount traditions located in Los Angeles, California, United States. The University is one of 28 member institutions of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities and one of five Marymount institutions of higher education. As of 2010, Loyola Marymount is one of the largest Roman Catholic universities on the West Coast with just over 9,000 undergraduate, graduate and law school students.
