Loose-fitting mid-knee length dress with hem band, or tunic, gathered at front and back into shoulder yokes has V-neckline, front band with button and loop closing, sleeves gathered at caps, full length gathered into buttoned cuffs or short with bands, waistline gathers and self tie belt.
