The Tallow is an amorph/flan-type enemy from Final Fantasy XII. It can be found in the Royal Passage area of the Tomb of Raithwall, as well as a secret area not visible on the map that is only accessible after defeating the first Demon Wall. Tallows drop down from the ceiling when approached.
