District Relationships refer to the districts that one district like or dislikes. For example, Neon East likes Cozmo Street, The Foundry and Kicktail Park but dislikes Central Station. Not all districts will share the same likes (e.g. Neon East likes Cozmo Street and The Foundry but Cozmo Street dislikes Kicktail Park).
