The Dominion cloning facility was a space based structure used by the forces of the Dominion. It was used to produce Jem'Hadar warriors and even their Vorta officers. One such facility was assimilated by the Borg Collective who used the cloning equipment to create a duplicate of Locutus from DNA taken from Captain Jean-Luc Picard. Once this was accomplished, a special cube vessel was constructed for the drone. (TNG video game: Armada)
