Gammal al-Bakr († 1921) was a Zanzibaran citizen and an officer of the Zanzibar System Navy. Around 1920 PD, while holding the rank of Admiral, he was the Chief of Naval Operations, Zanzibar System Navy, and commanding officer of the Zanzibar System Defense Command.
