Raman Vajpayee was a member of the Global Community cabinet of officials at the palace in New Babylon who had the audacity to confront Nicolae Carpathia during the meeting he held when the "plague of darkness" from the fifth Bowl Judgment struck New Babylon in "Armageddon". He challenged Carpathia to kill him by calling him "impotent", and Carpathia granted his wish by breaking his neck.
