The Terellian pheasant was a bird native to the Terellian homeworld. Its meat was considered a delicacy and so, in 2375, Tom Paris ordered Terellian pheasant, steamed asparagus, a bottle of Château Mouton Rothschild and a single rose from a replicator to celebrate the anniversary of his first date with B'Elanna Torres.
