The off-hand shark fist is the off-hand version of the shark fist weapon, it can be won in the Treasure Hunter, with the Treasure Hunter – Blast from the Past update. Originally, it was obtainable from the Squeal of Fortune with the Sizzling Summer promotion. This item was reobtainable from Treasure Hunter during the Treasure Hunter Blast from the Past promotion on 27 February to 3 March 2012 and the Smashing Relics promotion at the end of May 2017.
