Lee Linho is Nenene Sumiregawa's editor, who hired the Paper Sisters to guard her early on in the series. He is usually very calm, despite apparently having recently given up smoking (evidenced by constant, nervous pencil-chewing). A seemingly minor character at first, it is revealed that he plays a bigger and darker role as the scope of Dokusensha's plans for Nenene in particular. He owns a Zippo lighter with some minor importance to the plot. It is revealed that he is an agent and takes Nenene to Dokusensha's headquarters for brainwashing.
