Dark, Brooding, Mentally Disturbed Man or "DBMD-Man" for short is a webcomic and a Deconstructive Parody of the Batman mythos. It can be read here. The first story arc introduces us to our hero, the titular Dark, Brooding, Mentally Disturbed Man: a vigilante who's dedicated his life to fighting crime after witnessing his entire family murdered by a single madman (he used a Rocket Launcher at a family reunion), as well as his nemesis, his love interest and his sidekick, "Gee Whiz Boy".
