Clyde Built was a heavyweight robot which was forced to withdraw from Series 9 of Robot Wars, entered by students from Glasgow Clyde College. Clyde Built is the successor to Pod, reusing a lot of the same internals. The name Clyde Built was a term given to boats built on the banks of the Clyde, Scotland.
