Baron Witten en Pragin (pronounced WIH-ten ehn PRAH-gin, hard "g") is an Emelanese nobleman, who holds the rank of Baron. He is married to Colledia of House Wheelwright. They have at least one daughter, Esmelle ei Pragin. The baron doesn't appear in any of the novels but is mentioned by Sandrilene fa Toren in the beginning of Sandry's Book, when she confronts Esmelle.
