"Muttley, do something!" is Dick Dastardly's command to his dog, Muttley, in scenarios where it seems that things have gone horribly or awfully wrong and the guillotine's blade, so to speak, is about to fall unless prompt action is undertaken. And, more often than not, Muttley will take things out on Dick D. in reprisal.
