The Staff of Anipheon, sometimes called the Staff of Dawn's Break, was an Al-Antidian artefact designed and created by the Divine Sovereign Anipheon IX, having been assisted in its construction by beings referred to as "lesser spirits". The staff was conceived as the keystone and corporeal form of the Tower of Dawn, its rudimentary function being to bind all of time and space in a single instant. Retroactively, this led to the staff taking the shape of a spear.
