The President's Circle of Eniam was the cabinet of the Eniam United Trispecial Republic State President. They were originally obliged to keep the President's power in check and persuade him to see the popular point of view. However, it was later accepted that they could do the opposite and get the public to accept the President's decisions, in times when quick decisions were necessary.
