Percy's Pets, by Stan McMurtry (alias 'Mac') and occasionally Cyril Price, was a humour strip which had a number of runs, some longer than others, in Smash! both during the era when it was being published by Odhams and later when it was an IPC publication. It revolved around a little boy who had a huge number of pets, many of them animals which would not normally be found in a domestic setting, though this apparent logical fallacy was never explained (and neither was who paid for the beasts' upkeep).
