Chip Johannessen is a producer and writer, known for Homeland (2011), Beverly Hills, 90210 (1990), Rugrats and Millennium (1996). He is married to Virginia Stock Johannessen. They have one child. He wrote the Rugrats episode Ice Cream Mountain.
