This enemy is the larval stage of the tremendous Volatile Armored Cannon Beetle. Unlike its cousins the Armored Cannon Beetle Larva and Decorated Cannon Beetle, it is blue with red eyes. Just like the Decorated Cannon Beetle, it shoots homing boulders at the captain. These boulders are also highly explosive, exploding on contact with the first thing they touch. Its boulders could instantly kill any surrounding enemies, so use this technique for your advantage. These pests usually appear in groups of 2.
