It is difficult to find these swords in the time of Ultima VII, as they are not sold. The only sure location is inside the dungeon Deceit, behind a locked door. Like a normal sword, the custom sword has an effectiveness rating of "6" according to Vetron's Guide to Weapons and Armour.
