Personal Data Journal Entry #481 was an entry made into personal data journals owned by various high ranking members of the first Death Star. The commanding officer of the battlestation, Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin implemented a section into the journal entry, detailing both the weapon systems and the energy and propulsion systems aboard the Death Star, the latter of which was also included in Personal Data Journal Entry #461.
