These are voicebanks that originated outside of Japan. It is common for them to have accents different than the traditional Japanese voicebanks, but they are UTAU banks nonetheless. The first 10 overseas UTAU voicebanks were Tomero Chii, Michiyo Ishimaru, Chiyo Sakuwatari, Zuii Takoe, Zanda Kurane, Kemi Amene, Kenta Chikune, Tony Yonne, Yuki Mahou, and Su-suko Mijukurini.
