Probe was in Dubai attempting to smuggle himself onto a private island nearby. The island was ruled by King Karat, a mad tyrant with a vast gold reserve. Probe is discovered, but is too strong for the King's henchmen to subdue. Karat tries to flee, but Probe catches him and throws him into a vat of molten gold.
