Carpzilla is the name of a monster fish that swam in the lake near the mountain where the Palace Of The Rising Sun is located in the cartoon show episode "Papa's Big Snooze". The Smurfs ran into it as they attempted to cross the lake to reach the other side before nightfall, barely managing to escape it with their lives with Painter painting the picture of a fish on a plank of wood in order to fool the fish.
