Douwe Bob Posthuma is a Dutch singer-songwriter specializing in country and folk music. His father, Simon, is best known for being a member of the design collective The Fool, which made the costumes for the Beatles' Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. In 2012 he participated in the Dutch TV show De beste singer-songwriter van Nederland and went on to win the competition. His first album was released in 2013. He will present the Dutch jury vote results during the final of the 2017 contest.
