Scarlett's Web is a parody of Charlotte's Web. It is both a book and movie. It was once assigned to Sam as a book report in IGot Detention. In iStakeout, Carly asks the Convenience Store Clerk for a cheap copy of 'Scarlett's Web', as evidence for the police that the guy was selling pirated movies. It turned out he sold pirate movies.
