Philip Franc is a Breton hunter who resides in his home and one of three residents who lives in Blankenmarch, a small settlement north of Leyawiin. He carries a bow and a some of arrows. Both are leveled and enchanted. His house contains the first three volumes of Biography of Barenziah.
