The Voraka were a race of fully sentient cnidarians native to the planet Gabbshu. Unlike most cnidarians, the Voraka possessed fairly advanced nervous systems, but they were not exceptionally intelligent compared to other sentient species and were typically followers rather than leaders. The Voraka were fully aquatic by nature, and could survive on land only by encasing themselves in environmental protection suits, in a similar manner to their Mokonap allies. Unlike the Mokonap, Voraka needed their environmental suits to survive out of water, while Mokonap were capable of leaving the water without any form of protection as long as they stayed in moist surroundings.
