A couple things that are NOT vandalism. 1. * New users who don't know what they're doing. 2. * Incomplete pages that are poorly-written because the editor is placing the information in chunks, and not all at once. Vandalism IS: 1. * Disrupting articles on purpose. 2. * Completely translating a page into another language (for example, Portuguese, Chinese, Spanish, etc.) 3. * Adding nonexistent, redundant, and/or pointless categories to pages. 4. * Image Spamming
