Fanny Louisa Mallory Wilcox Casteel (Louisa Wise), is the step-half sister of Heaven and mother to Luke Jr. She plays a major part of the Casteel Family series and acts as Heaven's rival. When Heaven dies, Fanny feels guilty of the things that happened before. To make up for it, she takes care of her sister's daughter, Annie.
