Soseki was a member of the Tribe of Noriaki who fled into the Shadowlands following the Fall of the Kami and the failed assault on Seppun Hill. On their thirteenth day in the Shadowlands, Soseki began questioning if it were not better to serve the Kami than to continue their journey into the Shadowlands. Mutsuhito, the cheiftain of the Noriaki, questioned his men if they too felt this way. None did, so Mutsuhito killed Soseki and the tribe continued it's journey.
