The Plumbeous rail (Pardirallus sanguinolentus), is a species of rail in the Rallidae family. It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay, and is a vagrant to the Falkland Islands. Its natural habitat is swamps.
