Necro Burst (ネクロバースト Nekuro Bāsuto?) is a Shoulder-type laser weapon that Vile obtains by defeating Sting Chameleon and Launch Octopus in Mega Man Maverick Hunter X. This weapon is not actually a laser; instead, it produces a sphere of light centered at Vile’s location that covers the screen. The player can basically damage enemies anywhere on the screen with this. Necro Burst uses all of Vile's Weapon Energy, which also means it requires the meter to be full in order to be used at all. Damage is considerably high, naturally, considering its energy cost. This weapon will wipe out most minor enemies visible on the screen at the time that the player uses it.
